Commissioned Sales Manager - Full-time / Part-time

On behalf of Education Specialty Retail, Headway Workforce Solutions is looking for an ambitious and outgoing leader to join the ABCmouse.com mall carts as a Commissioned Sales Manager. As a Commissioned Sales Manager, you will hire, train, and develop team members to drive sales for the kiosk. You will coach the team to reach personal and team sales goals by connecting and engaging with children, parents, and other prospective customers while demonstrating the scope of ABCmouse.com’s award winning curriculum. 

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with sales management experience and a passion to educate children.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Hire, train, and develop your team members to provide outstanding guest service while delivering consistent commission-based sales results
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the ABCmouse.com product and the benefits of utilizing the web and mobile-based app 
• Effectively and efficiently articulating the capabilities of ABCmouse.com to customers
• Achieve personal and store team sales goals
• Managing cash and inventory control

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior sales management experience
• Prior retail and/or sales experience strongly preferred
• Motivated and driven by performance-based commissions
• Bilingual is a big plus
• Flexibility to work during peak selling periods including nights, weekends and holidays
• Positive Energy with a “can-do” attitude

Physical Demands of Commissioned Sales Managers

• Required to walk, stand, and use their hands and fingers, grasping, reaching, climbing, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, hearing and repetitive motions
• Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 42 pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Comfortable using tablet computer to demonstrate ABCmouse.com product
