Employees in information management roles develop and enhance technology tools that support Marketing/Product team operations and provide reporting capabilities to measure or track performance levels. May develop system enhancements to accommodate new products, alliances and acquisition products.

             Primary
Responsibilities: Support member marketing program
through maintenance, development, and innovation of the marketing data
warehouse.Create and automate various data
extracts and reports to provide data consumers and analysts access to quality
data views.Enable data consumers and analysts
easy access to the information they need.Ensure data integrity within the
extracts that are generated. Integrate data from various internal
and external sources to provide information and insights to support the development
of sound marketing strategies – examples include digital data, clinical data,
claims data Manage the integrity of the data by
working with colleagues to ensure the data from the various systems, and
associated business processes, are accurate Manage the creation and embedding of
new and existing protocols and business processes across the organization to
ensure best practices are followed and that the customer is always the focus of
what we do Identify opportunities to improve
marketing systems and data management Ensure compliance with data
protection and that best business practices are followed with regards to use
and maintenance of data stored.

Requirements



Required
Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) or High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of
Marketing/IT experience) 5+ years of marketing data management
experienceExperience with Enterprise-level databases, data
warehouses and relational database structuresSQL experienceExcel experienceExperience working across IT, marketing and operations
departments

       Preferred Requirements: Experience with Enterprise-level and
multi-system data analysis Experience interfacing with development
and business teams Previous healthcare industry
experience MBA or MIS preferred SIS, SAS or other experienceAdobe Analytics, Unica, Eloqua, SalesForce or other
marketing system experience preferredSoft Skills: Excellent
