Summary:  

The EBC Concierge Team is responsible for managing a seamless onsite experience for all briefings, EBC Live’s, events, summits, speaker events, and internal meetings taking place at Microsoft Executive Briefing Center, Redmond.  EBC Concierge offers a dual role in administrative and concierge support, as well as logistical and in room support for our executive briefings. Excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects is required.  

 

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

* Support all briefings, EBC Lives, events, summits, speaker events, and internal meetings

* Manage multiple inboxes, calendars, and MyEBC for inquiries

* Send timely, detailed and personalized emails to the Account and EBC Operations teams

* Use of MyEBC and internal applications to generate and manage briefing support 

* Ensure that all briefing rooms have been set up accordingly

* Breakdown briefing rooms after briefings have departed

* Communicate with internal teams to assist in room setup, cleaning, and last minute requests

* Book day of transportation, entertainment and dinner reservations

* Track and stock amenities offered throughout the EBC

* Report facility concerns and support the Facilities Manager as needed

* Track metrics and present reporting to Management

* Ship last minute packages for clients and customers

* Assist in emergency situations

 

Qualifications:

* Hospitality/Restaurant Experience preferred

* Ability to think quickly and accurately, showing initiative and sound judgment.

* Highly proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. 

* Ability to interact with all levels of business clients. 

* Excellent communication skills are a must (both verbal & written).

* Must be process oriented yet flexible. 

* Self-motivated and adaptable.  

* Independent, yet able to follow guidelines well.

* Comfortable communicating with a global community; i.e. various cultures and languages.

* Organized and task driven.  Strong documentation skills.
