PT (Physical Therapist)

Location: Pasadena, TX

Description: We are seeking Physical Therapists (PT) to formulate a plan of treatment and to assist patients with various mental and physical disabilities. Physical Therapists (PT) will provide services that will help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease. The ultimate priority of our Physical Therapists (PT) is to restore, maintain, and promote overall fitness and health.

We are currently looking for Part Time/Per Diem employees.
Week Day Shifts Available (Mon-Fri): Days, Evenings
Weekend Shifts Available (Sat/Sun): Days, Evenings

Qualifications
Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)
Minimum one (1) year of Physical Therapist (PT) experience required with home health experience preferred
Current CPR certification
Copy of updated Physical, based on state requirements for Physical Therapists (PT)
Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray
Reliable transportation
