Facilities / Engineering Manager 2- NYC

JOIN Sodexo Facilities Division as a Facilites Operations Manager with strong mechanical and technical experience in building services to support The Markle Evangeline Residence in New York.  Part of the larger Salvation Army system.

The Facilites Manager will oversee the day to day operations of Building Services and manage a team in Housekeeping and Maintenance.  The  Manager must be able to multi-task, round, perform Management by walking around, build strong client relations, provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, prepare team for safety checks and documented inspections, and the ability to manage unit finances and Sodexo financial reports is required.

The successful candidate should be versed in Life Safety and DOH regulations.

Hands-on Maintenance Position, HVAC, central plant and site supervisor

Manage 2 office buildings in NY.  Ideal candidate has both maintenance and ES experience.

Supervises hourly staff providing facilities maintenance and engineering services to client. Responsible for work force planning, QA training, and administrative functions of the designated area of supervision. Typically reports to GM or Ops Manager.
