This individual will keep up-to-date on various training trends, business processes, products and systems in specific areas of expertise; drive Knowledge & Learning reporting and analytics from ad-hoc analysis to more advanced analytics (optimization, prediction, etc.).

Primary Responsibilities:
Translate and manipulate complex data from various data sources; profile and decipher data quality
Develop new Tableau dashboards, ETL workflows, aggregate and analytical datasets
Partner across KLG, Optum Tech, and Human Capital to drive reporting and analytics
Understand business goals and priorities to craft and deliver meaningful reporting solutions
Create and or modify presentations, charts, tables and graphs
LMS Administration (advanced course and program creation, course ownership, learner management, consultation, liaison with LearnSource Team, etc.)

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in training-related or HR field
3+ years of experience in a training or HR Field
5+ years of experience working with training data, including analysis, interpretation, and reporting
Experience with Tableau & Big Data platforms (Datameer, Hadoop, Hive, etc.)
ETL (Extract, Transform & Load) Experience
Intermediate level of proficiency working with data in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint
Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
Effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills and proven success driving for results individually and in a team setting
Ability to effectively communicate and present to all levels within an organization as well as external partners
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree
Experience managing content in a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar software application
Experience working effectively in a highly matrix organization
Experience working in healthcare
