Primary Responsibilities:Promotes customer
service by establishing and maintaining quality control standards and
checkpoints, monitoring the progress of all cases to ensure work is being
completed according to Optum Settlement Solutions standards and customer
specifications.Fosters and
maintains a productive working relationship with assigned MSA Specialists and
with all production personnel.  Works to
maintain outstanding customer relationships.Communicates with
MSA Specialists on case progress.Works with MSA
Specialists to prioritize and re-prioritize daily “to-dos.”Handles all case
management client contacts for MSA Specialist. 
Obtains additional or missing information needed to complete the MSA
report on set deadline.Prepares all
assigned MSA cases in a timely and efficient order.Studies, analyzes
and interprets complex instructions while balancing and prioritizing multiple
projects.Maintains an
orderly filing system, paper trail and detailed, up-to-date comments in Client
Profiles System on each case.Ensures Special Handling
Instructions are followed throughout the MSA process.Works with
management on projects when selected and be able to provide informative and

Requirements

Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience as a claims assistant, legal assistant, medical assistant or administrative assistantProficiency with Microsoft Word (creating and editing documents), Excel(creating, editing and reading spreadsheets) and Outlook(email and calendar)Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (or higher)Medicare experience Soft Skills: Time management skillsStrong attention to detailFlexibilityAdaptabilityEffective communication skills
