Aerotek is currently seeking a call center representative to support our client near Hyattsville, MD.
Job Description:
- Provide world class service to all customers in a customer-centric environment by assisting customers with inquiries while providing consultative selling and support.
- Ensure that sales are captured by responding to customer telephone calls and entering orders accurately and efficiently into MS Excel order system.
- Use selling techniques with portfolio recommendations to ensure additional sales.
- Ensure customer telephone inquiries are successfully resolved through the use of multiple customer support tools (including conducting research in Excel and/or contacting business units as appropriate).
- Maintain world class standards by successfully performing against department scorecard metrics.
- Build and strengthen the reputation of Shared Services by embodying the Business Services Center Mission and culture at all times and in all interactions.
- Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year in a call center environment
- Intermediate Excel Skills
Additional Information:
This position will start off working 32 hours a week (Monday through Thursday) from 8:00-5:00. After training and management feels you are ready, this will grow into a full-time 40hr week.
