0 to 1 year minimum call center experience
Monday - Saturday They will have a fixed day off during the week depending on schedule after training period.
Always 9 hour shift (1 hour lunch)
Always 40 hours/week
Training is 1 month M - F
Taking 60+ inbound calls/day in regards to accounts and services (upsell, aht, quality, mortgae, etc)
This position is an open ended contract going no longer than 6 months. They will offer positions based on performance but CANNOT guarantee anything
Will be taking in-bound calls from members with no outbound calls.
The calls can be as simple as account updates or as complex as mortgage.
