Maintenance Technician

Will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing machinery and equipment to include mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pnuematic, and electronic maintenance.

Requirements:

Diagnose and make repairs on failed equipment.

Electrical and mechanical repair and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Preventive maintenance on electronic, electrical and mechanical equipment.

Maintain electrical print files and program files for PLC's and AC/DC Drives.

Maintain programs, test, make changes to PLC's and AC/DC Drives as required and keep accurate up-to date documentation.

Calibrate and maintain equipment, conveyors, drives and controllers as required.

Build and maintain control circuits, cabinets and electrical services to equipment.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 yrs of industrial maintenance experience and/or 3 yrs of military technical experience.

Technical experience (preferred) in a role where Automation of Electronic/Electrical equipment and the maintenance of such equipment is a requirement.
