We are NOW hiring a Sales Estimator with experience in the Construction Industry! Guaranteed Salary of $3,200/mo for the first 3 months while in training

Reputable and successful residential painting company based out of Westlake Village is now hiring a Sales Estimator/Project Manager.

We are looking for an experienced estimator who is motivated and has the ability to handle multiple projects. This person will play an integral part of the organization and will help maximize profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Construction knowledge
• Detail-oriented, organized and ability to multi task while meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills and enjoys providing solutions
• Able to manage customer expectations
• Create and manage a production plan for each painting crew

JOB DUTIES:

• Meet with clients at their place of residence to understand immediate needs
• Provide explanation of job process along with estimate for specific job
• Follow up on previous estimates until leads are determined non-viable
• Manage NEW customers and their up-coming schedules
• Maintain constant contact and open communication with current customers until the job is completed
• Oversee painting crews, job progress and perform Quality Assurance to meet 100% client satisfaction

Salary after 3 month training is $2,400/mo plus bonus and commission. 1st year income is estimated at $75,000 (average)
