SEEKING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS AND FACILITIES ENGINEERS
SUMMARY
Is responsible for maintaining all facilities at a highly professional level. Ensures that facilities meet user needs, regulatory standards, and environmental standards and is a safe working environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Participates and makes recommendations regarding departmental quarterly plans and performs all essential duties and responsibilities within the company's mission, vision and values.
Manages all facility maintenance and housekeeping requirements to including landscaping, janitorial contracts, equipment maintenance and coordination with any landlords or tenants.
Identifies required updates to facilities, develops plans (timelines and budgets) and coordinates execution.
Locates, hires and manages projects and contractors required for upgrade, installation and/or maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, generators, sprinkler systems and other facility equipment.
Manages the preventative maintenance program for facility equipment.
Works with others in operations to manage the equipment maintenance program.
Performs minor repairs as needed. Coordinates with outside contractors for equipment repair.
Manages documentation within quality system.
Performs minor, general facility and equipment maintenance.
Participates in the safety programs.
Coordinates regulatory audits for building and environment (OHSA, EPA, etc).
Participates in regulatory audits for preventative maintenance.
Assures compliance with local and federal fire, safety and building code regulations and prepares reports as required.
Adheres to company policies, Legal practices, CGMP, and ISO requirements.
Manages budget
Performs other duties and activities as assigned.
