POSITION PURPOSE
The HRS Branch Manager is a critical role in the Renovation Services organization at The Home Depot. Their primary responsibilities are to deliver excellent customer service through local client connectivity, drive adherence to proposal and project SLA’s (timeliness, quality and compliance), manage Service Providers at the local level and act as an escalation point to resolve complex issues.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
NATURE AND SCOPE
Reports to HRS Sr. Mgr. Client Suppor
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:
Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 5 years
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Travel:
Additional Environmental Job Requirements:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Advanced Business Degree or related field experience in Construction or Installation of specialty product areas (flooring, millwork, kitchen/bath, appliances) and/or store operations

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide day to day customer contact by reviewing open projects and escalated customer issues. Review process management to ensure appropriate coverage is in effect and appropriate customer service is being provided.
- Manage and resolve conflicts with Clients and Service Providers through review and process resolution. Analyze data; determine actions to be taken as needed to address negative trends.
- Create tools and create project plans that address process improvement needs. Work with senior leadership to develop strategic initiatives to drive new business development team sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account.
- Establish and provide ongoing review of budgetary issues, to meet the proposed target.
- Review the competitive landscape; be able to anticipate potential problems, by understanding the business environment. Develop and offer innovative solutions to address client needs
