A dynamic company in Safety Harbor is looking for experienced and bilingual incoming call center representatives. They are looking for individuals who are able to communicate effectively and clearly with their clients.

Job Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative you must have at least 1 years’ experience in a customer service/call center role . You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as effective listening skills. You will need to be able to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and understand how to use a general email program. This position will also be utilized as a payment poster.

Additional requirements for the Customer Service Representative will include:
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong data entry/typing skills and computer skills
  • Experience providing customer services over the phone
  • A High School Degree or equivalent
Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
