Stanislawski & Company is an established CPA and consulting firm in need of an additional tax department administrator. A tax department administrator is an administrative assistant who works full time in our tax department (the duties are described below). We handle a variety of clients including individuals, small to large size businesses, estates, and trusts providing comprehensive services such as business consulting in addition to accounting and tax preparation. 
With our continuous growth, we have a position open for a sharp-minded, organized, detail oriented, and personable tax department administrator. Someone who is willing to do what it takes, providing outstanding service for our clients and staff. The ideal candidate must have office experience in a fast paced environment and have excellent communication skills as you will have daily interaction with clients and co-worker. 

Duties include but are not limited to:
* Project management; ensuring punctual completion of projects and meeting all deadlines
* Processing tax organizers and client documents 
* Preparing engagement letters
* Tracking all forms of tax returns 
* Assembling tax returns
* Contacting government agencies on behalf of clients and accountants
* Contacting clients to request information 
* E-filing tax returns

Minimum Qualifications:
* Superior communication skills to provide even better customer service
* Ability to self-manage; strong sense of time management 
* Willingness to learn new software and provide support to staff 

Bonus if you have:
* Experience using Lacerte tax software or Office Tools Professional
