Direct Hire Opportunity- We are looking for an experienced individual with a background in building, contracting, and/or sales to focus on inside sales to contractors as well as everyday customers. Some of the responsibilities would be assisting customers and contractors with sales of building materials and equipment, ordering of materials, quoting out bids, and scheduling deliveries.   Previous sales experience is preferred, with an emphasis in the building industry.   This candidate must possess great service attributes as building a rapport with clients is a primary focus of this business.  

Starting out as a lumber yard, our client developed into a one stop shop for homeowners and contractors and prides themselves on their knowledge and quality of service they offer to their customers. This candidate must thrive on these same values and provide a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements:

Experience in building, contracting, and bidding is preferred but will train. Must have very strong customer service and communication skills. The candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment and work very well with a team as well as individually.

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a salaried position with a base of $40,000 plus commission. Average annual salary can range anywhere between $55,000-$80,000+. Competitive benefit package offered as well including:

The schedule will consist of weekdays and some weekend rotation as well.  This position could reside from either Sparta, Tomah or Richland Center.
