RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as Digital Lead for developing and driving revenue and continue focus on multi-platform digital initiatives.
  • Assist with prospecting strategies with Local Sales Managers and Account Executives, support GM’s, LSM’s and AE’s by attending sales presentations and assisting in digital sales proposals, work with market managers and Account Executives to identify key accounts and growth categories for digital opportunities. (50% of time)
  • Supervise Digital Sales Specialist (20% of time)
  • Develop and maintain productive and positive relationships with management, division and key Regional Operations and Finance personnel (10% of time)
  • Aid in set up and execution of sold campaigns. Serve as additional contact for Operations. (<5%)
  • Assist in the delivery of training programs to Account Executives to ensure the ongoing education and rollout of new technology and information. (5%)
  • Work with Account Executives, Managers, clients and TWCMS production in the development of digital elements to ensure campaign and brand effectiveness. (<5%)
  • Work with the Digital Team to create, deploy and manage digital sales initiatives (5%)
  • Other duties as assigned.

JOBREQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in Cable and Digital Sales is preferred.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Fast learner, knowledge of online and/or interactive technologies.
  • Previous successful digital media sales experience. Other skills and abilities:
  • Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Must be able to prioritize and complete specifics tasks on time.
  • A self-starter with the ability to “make it happen”
  • Willing to travel
  • This position requires the ability to interact professionally with all groups and organizations working with or for the company and must be able to communicate effectively in that role.

  • Must be able to develop strong relationships with buyers, divisional staff and operations
  • Possess a cooperative attitude toward customers, employees and the company
Driving is a requirement for this position. Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License and safe driving record.
