Job Title: Forklift Preventative Maintenance Technician

Our client, a reseller of new and used forklifts is currently searching for experienced Preventative Maintenance Technicians (Fork Lift) to service their customers on the road. They are looking to expand their team of Technicians with motivated and ambitious forklift mechanics looking for a long-term future with a great company.
* THIS POSTING IS FOR THOSE WITH MECHANICAL BACKGROUNDS ONLY. CANDIDATEDS NEED TO HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE. *
During training period, the PM Technician will be working in-house (basic troubleshooting of forklifts/hi-lo’s, oil changes, fuse changes, etc.). Once the PM Technician is acclimated with the position, company will provide a service van to the PM Technician for servicing customers on the road. You do NOT need to leave the van at their shop at the end of the day. The PM Technician will also be provided with a fuel card.
The primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:

- Diagnose and repair all forms of customer equipment
- Completing each repair job in a timely, efficient and professional manner
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Work and manage workloads independently
- Proper completion and submission of all required paperwork
- Field Technicians are responsible for company vehicle and on-board parts inventory
- Performs other duties as assigned
