Well-known company in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking part time, entry-level customer service representative to join their customer service team.

 

Customer Service Duties:

  • Make outbound calls to subscribers to renew their subscription and resolve any billing or service problems.
  • Answer all incoming calls by the 2nd ring and listen to the callers needs and accurately process the customer''s requests in the circulation system.
  • Dispatch daily complaints in a timely manner and efficient manner and follow-up on complaints by doing a callback to customers.
  • Operating the DTI system (subscriber management database system)

 

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • Professional phone presence
  • Clear, precise, courteous, professional and accurate oral communication skills to prepare error-free circulation transactions.
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Understand that the media business is fast paced and can think quickly and resolve problems
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel

Hours: Part time hours, schedule may vary

Compensation: $10/hr
