We have a full-time/part-time opening for a In-Store Team Member.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.

What’s on the Menu:

• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers both in-person and over the phone while accurately taking orders.
• Support sales by suggestively selling to increase the check average when taking an order.
• Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions, and execute cash management duties.
• Prepare pizza orders and package products for delivery according to Papa Johns standards.
• Complete all opening, shift change and closing duties.
• Willingly assist co-workers when needed.
• Enhance the company’s image by complying with uniform and appearance standards.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
• Protect the company’s assets by maintaining organized, safe, and clean work areas; comply with safety and security standards at all times.

Critical Ingredients Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required.
• A positive, friendly attitude and exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic math and cash management experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
