Weed Man Lawn Care is hiring for Team Members positions at our East Dundee office.

Team Members will go door-to-door throughout the Elgin, Schaumburg, and Crystal Lake areas in groups of 6 to 12 with a supervisor, asking homeowners if they would like a free, no obligation quote on lawn care services. There are no sales involved! This is a great opportunity for students who would like to have a future in sales, marketing, business or want to build on their communication skills.

Applicants must be able to provide their own transportation to our office located at 555 Plate Dr Unit 9+10 in East Dundee, and must be at least 16 years of age. Beginning in mid-January, Team Members will work part time in the evenings Mon-Thu 4:00-8:00 PM, and 9 AM-2 PM on Saturdays. This position requires walking outside for 3-4 hours at a time. The position pays $9 per hour or commission whichever is greater. We have bonuses that including cash, gift cards, and referral bonuses. Top performers will also be eligible for more permanent positions. Ideal for high school and college students.
