About this job
These positions will be with the AP department doing high volume invoice processing. While this is in the Accounts Payable department it is very important to note that this is only part of the entire AP cycle.
*this person must be able to use Readsoft to train the system to read their invoices and then eventually the system will automatically generate portions of those invoices.
Candidates will be:
working in readsoft to scan in invoices and teach the system to read them to pull out specific info
Processing up to 250 invoices per day
Utilizing systems such as Readsoft, Peoplesoft, Onbase, SAP, etc.
High volume data entry
Vendor Maintenance and customer service
Account Reconciliation
Three-way Matching
