Requirements

High school diploma or GED and preferred & 1+ year of customer service experience. Certifications and degrees (related to IT or Computer Science) preferred Great communication and interpersonal skills. Available to attend six-week training on a fixed schedule that may include weekends. Flexible to work between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. including weekends and holidays with the possible to flex up or down on hours depending on business need Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Bilingual (Spanish-English)communication skills are a plus.
