We are looking for an individual that would like to work in our Altiris Operations group to deploy software and to remotely support end user computers in our environment. Individual must previously have had customer service oriented roles and responsibilities and enjoy a job that requires customer service and project management requirements. Individual should have knowledge of Altiris software deployment tools or related. Some experience with scripting and SQL queries would be helpful. This position is located in Eden Prairie, MN or Windsor, CT.

Positions in this function coordinate the processes and activities that focus on restoring service after an incident occurs. Monitors environment health and the facilitation of high severity incidents to improve the state of service availability and continuity. This function also includes those who operate and monitor computer and peripheral equipment. Coordinates the efforts of all functions to complete scheduled jobs in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

BS degree in computer or business related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of Windows deployment tools experience 
3 or more years’ experience in applications systems analysis and/or programming and use of software deployment tools such as SCCM or Altiris. 
Must possess 2+ years of experience and have a thorough understanding of technological infrastructure and how it relates to software deployment / distribution in a client / server based environment
Has a firm understanding of the problems and issues of clients and the business environment as it relates to providing good customer support / service
Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management experience
