The Clinical Nurse Education Coordinator will support the hospitals mission and act as a role model to the staff. The Nurse Clinical Educator Coordinator will report to the Chief Nursing Officer and be responsible for providing continual education services to the nursing team and support the development of the education department.

The Education Coordinator Nurse will assist the department in exceeding excellence by providing knowledge to staff through evidence-based nursing practice. The Nurse Clinical Educator Coordinator will assess, implement and evaluate new policies and procedures to improve the quality of patient care. The Nurse Coordinator Educator will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to consult and research areas of improvement.
