The Nurse Manager of Cardiovascular Services will work in a hospital that has been serving the community for almost 100 years providing the best patient care with state of the art technology and equipment.

The Cath Lab Manager will work in an environment where employee satisfaction is highly valued with low turnover rate and family atmosphere being embraced. The Nurse Manager of Cardiac Cath / EP Lab will supervise patient care and direct operational and personnel activities of the Cath Lab / Special Procedures and CVOU Units.

The Manager of the Cardiac Cath lab will be responsible to oversee the daily function of the Lab, update yearly and verify that appropriate minimum staffing and department goals are achieved. The Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Manager will report directly to the Senior Director of Critical Care and Cardiovascular Services.

The Manager of Cath Lab will represent the Cath lab at all meetings, prepare all budgetary reports, develop all required policies / procedures and protocols, document monthly statistical summaries / variances and act as a liaison between the lab, other departments, hospitals, physicians and their offices and will work with the nurse, senior technologist and educator to assure all staff competencies, evaluations and actions are documented and completed on time.
