Reporting to the Director of Patient Care Services in the ED, the Unit Nurse Manager of the Emergency Room will oversee a very fast-paced 55 bed Emergency Department with roughly 60,000+ visits annually. The RN Manager of Emergency Services will manage the day-to-day operations of the ER and ensure proficient delivery of patient care.

The ER Trauma Nurse Manager will be responsible for operational, financial, regulatory, and staff retention standards. The progressive Clinical Line Nursing Manager of the ED will provide strong leadership skills in order to develop a dynamic and efficient team. The RN Unit Manager of Emergency Services will educate the nursing staff on new and innovative patient care plans.
