Nursing Director of Maternal Child Health - Full-time / Part-time

The Nurse Director of Maternal Child Health will join a compassionate acute care medical center that offers a complete range of services including surgery, wound care, women’s services and cardiopulmonary services. The medical center provides outpatient prenatal care for women and a new inpatient maternity center with labor and delivery rooms, surgical suites, private postpartum rooms and neonatal care close by.

The Women’s Services Nursing Director will function as a member of the hospitals clinical services leadership team and will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer. The Clinical Nurse Director of Obstetrics will oversee all areas of the Women’s Services department including, labor and delivery, well-baby nursery, gynecology, and postpartum. The Women and Children’s Nursing Director will be in charge of the operational management, professional staff development, quality assessments and improvement, and the creation of policies and procedures.
