This 45 bed health center provides a community setting for individuals with several different needs such as, Short Term Rehab, Long Term Care, Respite Care, Comfort Care, Skilled Nursing Care, Tracheotomy Care, Wound Care and Therapy. The facility has a state-of-the-art security system giving patients and loved ones piece of mind and around the clock safety. The hands on Skilled Nursing Director will lead a team of Nurse Managers, Supervisors, Nurses and Therapists providing the highest level of patient care and will provide direct patient care when needed. Working with the facility Administrator, the Long-Term Acute Care Nurse Director will participate in policy and procedure development, oversee facility operations, manage budgets and maintain state and federal health regulations. The Administrative Nursing Director will have a strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines and Federal/State regulations.
