The ED Nursing Leader will support the daily operations of the ED, and will be in charge of planning and organizing patient care activities, collaborating with leadership, supervising staff, managing the flow of the ED, and ensuring that quality metrics are being met. The Emergency Services Nurse Leader will act as a role model for other ED staff.
