Nursing House Supervisor - Full-time / Part-time

The Administrative Nursing Supervisor will join a state of the art community hospital with 300+ beds and an exceptional team of medical experts who can provide patients with the latest treatments in healthcare. In addition to the most advanced technology, the Nurse Director of Nursing Administration will be part of a healthcare team that strives to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to each patient

The Executive Director will work with Nursing Administration and coordinating services to evaluate the operational performance of the service line and identify opportunities to enhance quality, improve the patient experience and, decrease costs. The House Supervisor will lead the development and implementation of evidence-based practice and research by promoting the understanding of clinical practice. Additionally, the Administrative Supervisor will work hard to improve patient outcomes as well as the work environment for healthcare professionals.

Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nursing House Supervisor will collaborate with the physicians, program managers, management, nursing, and clinical staff to define strategies, business issues and performance improvement opportunities for the cancer service line.
