SLP needed in IL – located 45 minutes from Peoria, IL, 3 hrs from Chicago & 1 hr from Davenport, IA
- SNF setting (might float to OP if needed)
- Covering 2 facilities
- Casamba EMR
- Mon-Fri
- Start Date – November 7th or 14th
- 13 weeks; 40 hours per week
- Will work with 1 other SLP and a large PT/OT team
