1st Shift Production Set-Up - Full-time / Part-time

Our Client in Westfield needs great people to join their assembly team. Associates will assemble products, cross-train others and be cross-trained, perform manufacturing tests, and pack and cut materialsfor a variety of products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
--Must be able to maintain confidentiality where sensitive matters are concerned.
--Must be able to read and comprehend all paperwork that is necessary to do the job.  Examples: PCI, SOW, BOM, PDS and Visual Work Instructions.
--Manufacture products according to work instructions and ensure compliance with Quality Standards.
--Must be able to stand and flex to a variety of work stations for duration of shift.
--Operators are responsible for accurate reporting of all paperwork that is required to do the job and accurate reporting of labor hours.
--Operators are responsible for cleaning and maintaining machine and working area to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
--Operators are responsible for wearing all appropriate safety equipment and following all company safety procedures.
--Performs all other essential functions assigned by management based on company need.
--Ensure work area is operating safely, kept clean and operating to 5S standards
--Regular attendance is essential.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
--Mechanical aptitude
--Attention to details
--Follow specific instructions in the order they need to be performed
--Lift 25 pounds
--Use hand tools such as wrenches and screw drivers as well as work mechanical tools.
--Completion of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.

Salary $12.00 per hour, contract opportunity.
