Washington's number one provider in background screening is looking for a candidate with great customer service and operations skills to join their Client Services Team.

Responsibilities:

-Data entry
-Answer client questions regarding reports and status

-They will all be phone support and will not be verifying employments, education, and references. We are looking for phone support folks only, the email volume has been offshored

-Basic technical troubleshooting (browser, cache, cookies etc.)
-Report Status
-New products
-Billing questions
-I-9/E-Verify
-Onboarding form questions (W-4, EEO, State Tax etc.)
