IMMEDIATE FIRST SHIFT ASSEMBLY OPERATOR POSITIONS! - Full-time / Part-time

A very reputable company in Green Bay is now hiring for full time ASSEMBLY/OPERATOR positions on FIRST SHIFT.

ASSEMBLY/OPERATOR JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be working on assembly of products and working on the machines. You will be performing assembly of a wide variety of plastic products, such as automated paper towel dispensers, soap dispensers, and trays. You will be working in a team environment, typically with 5-6 other coworkers.

Assembly duties include:

• Assembling parts into finished products
• Assemblies are generally 5-6 parts
• Use of basic hand and power tools

Machine operating duties include:

• Trimming the product, sorting, stamping, and packaging parts for the assembly department or to be shipped directly to a customer

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 30-40lbs
• Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time
• NO prior manufacturing experience required

Hours:

• FIRST SHIFT: 6:45am-3:15pm

Pay:

• $10 per hour
• After 90 working days, employees are eligible to be hired on directly, and pay increases to $11 per hour or more pending attendance and work performance.
