Part Time Administrative Service Coordinator
Our Northern Lake County client seeks the talent of a financial administrative service coordinator. They offer a great team culture within the financial industry with the goal to exceed client expectations. Pay of $17-$25/hour depending on skills and experience. This position is 30 hours/week with schedule flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Support financial advisors with meeting preparation, service tasks such as client distribution/withdrawal requests, and information change.
- Complete all new business paperwork preparation and processing including tracking and execution of und distributions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Communication with clients via email and phones to update process of service tasks requested and face to face interaction when needed.
- Ensure a great client experience by handling all information requests to allow advisors to focus on sales.
- Engage in time management and process effectiveness throughout the day and establish priority tasks.
- Communicate effective with fund companies and deliver paperwork and processes accurately and on time.
- Work with CRM, MS and printing systems to execute responsibilities.
- Work with phones daily and reception relief as needed for breaks.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years experience working within the financial industry in an administrative role.
- MS Office-Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (formula proficiency), CRM-Salesforce, broker dealer platform, laser printers
- Process oriented with a high attention to detail, organized, ability to learn quickly, resourceful, great follow up skills and follow through of all tasks.
- Ability to navigate amongst multiple software platforms to support needs of financial advisors and clients.
- Excellence in communication and written skills with a professional demeanor and presentation.
- Experienced with high confidentiality and sensitive customer information.
- Understand, support and follow through with all tasks in a timely fashion to support advisors and clients.
