Duties:
* Resolves customer problems with credit/debit transactions by researching reason for rejection; identifying and informing customer of problems with accounts; determining solution for clearing account.
* Protects organization's interests by identifying problem accounts; canceling accounts.
* Maintains equipment service by calling for inspections and repairs.
* Prevents fraud by researching account activity; reviewing fraud reports; notifying customers; obtaining activity information; restricting or canceling cards.
* Protects organization's image by keeping account information confidential.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
* Accomplishes organization mission by completing related results as needed.
