Restaurant Cafe Manager - Full-time

Job location: Saint Johns, Florida. 104 Bartram Oaks Walk Suite 106. We are currently hiring a new manager! All applicants must have managing or shift leading restaurant experience. Our manager is responsible for ensuring a smooth shift, setting up the day with adequate prep, and cleaning the store. Our managers believe that hard work can be done with a positive attitude. Our managers embrace our motto that when you EAT BETTER you FEEL BETTER! We close at 9pm and night crew is usually done by 9:30 so no late nights! No fryers or grease! Eat Better! CREW MEMBER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS  Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer.  Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards.  Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.  Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations.  Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms and other areas in the café.  Follows the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer.  Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand. >>>Benefits: Free smoothie while you work.
