Construction Team Member
Mike’s Carwash is seeking a mechanically inclined Construction Team Member to help with building our new locations. The Construction Team Member position will also help with other projects as assigned throughout the company when there is no active new construction taking place. Construction Team Members report to the Construction Manager. The position is based out of the Cincinnati, OH area. Candidates for this role are exempt from completing the ETC customer service simulation at this time.

Mike’s Carwash is seeking a mechanically inclined Construction Team Member to help with building our new locations. The Construction Team Member position will also help with other projects as assigned throughout the company when there is no active new construction taking place. Construction Team Members report to the Construction Manager. The position is based out of the Cincinnati, OH area. Candidates for this role are exempt from completing the ETC customer service simulation at this time.
Primary Responsibilities
- Installation of new wash equipment
- Fabrication/assembly of wash equipment prior to on site construction
- Assisting in other special projects as assigned
Position Expectations
- Typically works 6am - 3pm Monday through Friday (some overnights or weekends may be required; works Monday through Thursday when on out of town construction)
- Work 45 hours per week. Any overtime must be approved by the Construction Manager
- Complete a 5/15 Report each week and send to the Construction Manager
Position Qualifications
- General mechanical knowledge
- Knowledge and experience with basic hand tools and power tools
- A high school diploma or GED
- Ability to work with minimal or no supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- A clean driving record
