Server - Ranch House - Full-time / Part-time

Are you an experienced server looking to gain experience in a high volume resort dining restaurant? Are you a team player with a strong focus on excellence? Are you interested in working and living in Grand Teton National Park? Are you looking for an Experience of a Lifetime? If you answered, “Yes” to these questions, this position is great for you!

The Server / Waitstaff is responsible for providing quality food and beverage service to our guests in a prompt, courteous and professional manner, ensuring prompt accurate service with anticipation and compliance to make sure all guests’ needs are provided for. The Server is also expected to set all tables and assist in the set-up of other miscellaneous stations, attend pre-meal meetings and make notes of items being served and of any other information important to the banquet function. 

The “must haves” for this position include:

• Excellent people skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work long hours and variable shifts

We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:

• Previous Food and Beverage experience
• Previous Point of Sale experience
• TIPS certified
• Table-side wine experience
• Cash handling experience
