Direct-Hire Position

$40,000 Year/ Excellent Benefits Package

This is a CAREER opportunity with a stable and growing company. Looking for a talented inside sales representative who has experience in the CONSTRUCTION industry dealing with contractors, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Qualifications:

-Great attitude and strong work ethic
-Must be a team player who is willing to help out where needed
-Ability to handle high volume of sales calls
-Skilled in qualifying and closing sales
-Adept at bringing in new business/customers
-Strong listening and presentation skills
-Computer Skills (billing software, Microsoft Office 2013: Outlook,Word, Excel, Access)
-Superior time management/prioritization skills
-Multi-Tasker
-Highly Organized
-Must be comfortable communicating with industrial/commercial contractors
-Must be teachable

Responsibilities:

-Contact customers
-Determine/understand customers' needs/requirements
-Billing (current & cycle)
-Assist with organizing trucking
-Assist sales force with day-to-day activities
-Send qualified opportunities to appropriate sales executives for follow up
-Assist in managing rentals
-Control inventory
