Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay:
$13/hr
Hours:
7am-7pm (will work an 8 hour shift between this time frame)
Minimum Requirements:
- 6+ months working in a retail, customer service, administrative
- High school diploma
- Telephone skills
Job Description:
- Inbound calls
- Research
- Reviewing accounts
- Candidates will be taking inbound calls from customers who are inquiring about their benefits, payroll, time and labor, and client specifics.
- Candidates will be answering customer inquiries, performing research through systems to help answer these questions using their PC, phone and headset.
