Partner with Directors and Associate Directors of Enterprise Readiness to build requirements for Operational Readiness dashboards, metric scorecards, and other reporting & analytic work to support Optum Readiness, dedicated Peak Season programs, and Accelerate New Product launches
Lead User Acceptance Testing, communication, and training plans to support the deployment of dashboards, metric scorecards, and other reporting & analytics work
Project manage the development teams to ensure on - time delivery of development work to support Optum Readiness, dedicated Peak Season Programs, and Accelerate New Product launch deadlines
Work cross - Enterprise Readiness to develop an end - to - end prioritization of key needs as it relates to enabling technology and reporting
Lead or support initiatives requiring data and analytics to drive process improvements by analyzing results across the Enterprise Readiness portfolio of projects
Continue to evolve the capacity model and incorporate the latest capability / SLA performance and supporting analytics to ensure general availability launches are executed on time and with high quality

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

BA degree
Perform trending and statistical analysis to make tough business decisions
Business Analyst and Project Management background
Utilize data to influence key process decision makers
Skill set to facilitate cross functional team through major process and business changes
Excellent judgment, problem resolution, team building, negotiation, conflict resolution, budgeting, decision - making, & experience working under continual deadline pressure
Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in a fast paced application development environment that includes technical design, business process analysis, business application implementation and associated skills
Excellent time management & scheduling skills
Experience working with Tableau and SharePoint development
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
