main job function will be the retrieval of voicemail messages as well
as correspondence.  You may also be called upon to perform diversified
office, administrative and clerical duties including, but not limited to
medical record processing, address corrections, some cash application,
letter printing and mailroom tasks.  Additional responsibilities may
include receptionist duties, typing and data entry. You will be
inter-acting with other team members and must therefore be able to
maintain efficient and positive communication in order to foster a
pleasant environment.Primary Responsibilities:
Voicemail Message RetrievalProcessing and distributing various correspondence, medical records and documentation Maintaining files and records.May perform various receptionist duties, answering, screening, routing telephone calls; taking, delivering messages.Preparation of medical records and bills to third party carriers.Printing letters, FAU applications, UB04s and HICFsPhotocopying/Scanning of documentationMay perform various cash application functionsMay perform various mail room and mail processing tasksMaintain confidentiality of patient medical information to ensure patient rights are protected.May perform related administrative and clerical tasks, as required.The candidate will be responsible for retrieving a
high volume of voicemail messages in a timely, neat and organized manger
and when time permits, assist with the processing of correspondence.Positions in this function include basic clerical
functions including records maintenance, light typing, filing and report
preparation.Limited work experience.Works on simple tasks using established procedures.Depends on others for guidance.Work is typically reviewed by others.

Requirements




Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED2+ years progressively responsible administrative experience Experience in an environment with heavy phone usage Experience with Word, Excel & Outlook.  Word -
Create Correspondence and work within templates.  Excel - Data Entry,
Sort/filter, and work within tables.  Outlook - email and calendar
management.Data entry skills (60 kpm)
Assets:
Knowledge of some medical terminology preferredBilingual Spanish

Work Environment:

Service center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, floor activity
