About this job
The purpose of the Contracts Coordinator (customer service/billing specialist) is to manage all contract customer service and administrative functions. They will be supporting both their clients and communicating with the sales teams in the field. They will be working a lot with the customers in regards to contracts and billing but will also answer/troubleshoot a variety of different questions/issues.
