Business Analyst

Aston Carter is hiring for a Business Analyst for an exciting opportunity with a NASA program in Louisville, CO!!

Qualified candidates will be responsible for:

• Coordinate activities like creating spreadsheets that the team can work from to do lower analysis or inputs into Cobra system.
• Reviewing data for data integrity (this will be the majority of the position responsibilities day-to-day)
• Mentoring/training the staff on current or new processes and checking their work for accuracy
• Updating excel formatted reports with latest financials and reviewing for accuracy
• Reading directives from our corporate office and providing direction down to the team and implementing new or changed processes
• Job costing, pricing in MSP
• Support Project Management staff with things like advising them how to correctly update excel risk register files, how to properly update their Microsoft Project files to be able to integrate into Cobra system, answer questions from PM's on processes and provide oversight on the data provided by the PM team to the team, etc.

Qualified candidate will have the following:

• Minimum 8 years of Business Analyst experience
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics - Masters i a plus
• Regulated or Government experience is required
• Strong Excel - complex formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
• Ability to obtain DOD security clearance
• Understanding of EVMS
