- Diabetes Case Manager
- Work with Natives in Remote Villages and Provide Health Coaching and Diabetes Management
- Minimum 1 Year of Recent Case Management With Diabetes Patients Required
- 23 Days of Paid Time Off Plus 10 Paid Holidays to Start!
- $98K Salary and Annual Bonus of 6 or 7%
- $10,000-$12,500 Relocation Package

Position Overview:
You will be living in a remote Alaskan town where you will be working with the Alaskan Natives on the prevention and control of diabetes. This is a wonderful opportunity for the person that wants to give back and isnt afraid to live far away from city life. This area of Alaska certainly has its natural beauty in the form of water and wildlife but it is not near mountains. Youll be at least a plane ride away from other cities so youll have every opportunity to get to know your neighbors and live a more simplistic lifestyle while enjoying your Alaskan adventure.
