Job Overview:

This 10 week internship in Dublin, OH will provide student interns with practical work experience designed to expand their classroom education and career path as they prepare for a profession in the field of Billing Services and Credit Management. Interns will apply basic finance principles, theories and concepts to real-world problems and provide reporting solutions and data analysis that may identify business trends and results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle general billing/order/inquiry questions
  • Assist with team issues
  • Manage E2E process from intake to approval to completion
  • Manage customer account variances month over month in order to address potential gaps in billing and/or potential future credit adjustments
  • Work with Sales, POM, Care, Customer, Finance
  • Audit a subset of orders that are identified by risk factors that can lead to incorrect billing to customers

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above
  • Enrollment in a 4 year accredited university or college
  • Junior, Senior, or Graduate status by start of internship
  • Must submit transcript at first interview
  • Must submit letter of recommendation at second interview
