Express has partnered with a local Reedsburg company that has been coating automotive parts with a rust inhibiting coating for the past 14 years. We are currently seeking 2 parts loader/unloaders to join their team.

Schedule: Second Shift 2:00pm-10:00pm M-F or 4:00pm-12:00am, M-F.
Wage: 1st shift: $11.00/hour

Summary: Manually loading and unloading parts up to 50lbs or more to prep for painting production.

Responsibilities:
Pack and unload parts in accordance to the following;
Verify correct part numbers and loading procedures from process cards
Inspect products
Verify paperwork, complete product routing and log forms
Assure safe handling and packaging of products
Other duties, may include driving fork lifts in and out of trailers or climbing off and on trucks

Physical Requirements:
Ability to push and pull carts frequently (racked/unracked with castings)
Repetitive reaching motions (in containers)
Repetitive lifting of parts from ground level to 6 feet
Frequent pushing and pulling using 10lbs of force or more
Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, and turning of head and body
Repetitive motion of hands and feet

Qualifications:
Personable, motivated , and a team player
Ability to work independently and act decisively
Above average planning and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication required
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written instructions
Strong mathematical skills in all units of measure
High School Diploma


Duties include, but may not be limited to:
Verifying correct part numbers and loading procedures from process cards
Inspection of customer supplied product
Assuring safe handling of all parts
Packing and unloading of parts, being responsible for verifying paperwork, part quantity, etc.
Frequently pushing and pulling of carts racked and unracked with castings
Repetitive movements reaching into containers
Frequent bending, lifting, and twisting and reaching up to 6 feet high
