Job Responsibilities/Qualifications
- Create a culture of customer service experience
- Foster a healthy competition amongst our employees
- Keep open lines of communication with all levels of employees
- Instill a sense of urgency in all personnel
- Ability to adhere to a strict regimen
- Prepare food daily
- Keep shop exceptionally clean
- Provide memorable customer service
- Teach your team to Sell PICKLES, sandwiches, cookies, drinks, and chips
- Train team to create 30 second sandwiches
- Ensure deliveries are out the door in 4 minutes or less
- 100% Execution of daily task lists
- Manage meat slicing and bread baking
- Manage store inventory and ordering
- Manage usage projections
- Exceed sales goals
- Pass audits with 95% or greater
